Go to Payroll → Run Payroll → select the pay period. ANCO auto-calculates salary, allowances, EOBI, income tax, and net pay. Review, adjust if needed, then click "Approve & Process". Bank files for MCB, HBL, UBL are generated instantly.
ANCO automatically calculates EOBI contributions at current government rates (Employee: 1%, Employer: 5% of minimum wage). Monthly contribution reports are generated in EOBI-prescribed format and can be submitted via the portal integration.
Yes. Use our Excel bulk import template (Employees → Import → Download Template). Fill in the required fields, upload, and ANCO validates and flags any errors. Our onboarding team can also do this for you at no charge.
Yes. ANCO integrates with ZKTeco, Hikvision, Virdi, and most ZK-protocol devices. Setup takes under 30 minutes. Attendance data syncs every 15 minutes and flags late arrivals, early departures, and overtime automatically.
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We maintain 99.9% uptime with automatic daily backups retained for 90 days. Servers are hosted in Pakistan with a DR environment in a separate data centre.
